Online orders at the studio can be rated by the client with up to 5 stars. The ratings refer to the entire shooting from the first contact to the receipt of the photos after the order.
The overall score is calculated from the average of client reviews. The comments of the clients can be answered by the photo studio. The photo studio can mark ratings as inappropriate.
